Having over 70 years of experience on the commercial side of construction we have the ability and the knowledge to offer an affordable and professionally constructed project. Offering products like spray foam insulation puts us a step ahead of the competition.
Started in 2009, we have a small company of highly trained and hard working individuals that can get the job done on time and on budget. We have a combined 70 years in the construction field and have perfected our trade. Safety is one of our top priorities and that shows with having 0 MIOSHA fines or incidences.
Residential
In 2019 Innovative Construction expanded and formed a residential division. With owner Dave Browns initial construction experience being in the Residential field it was an exciting and comfortable step for the company.
